She is very lucky that she can sing in any style of music and her act caters for all ages and for any occasion. For weddings she can learn any song that is special to you and your partner and always aim to make your day or night a special time.
From working men’s clubs to a plush private function for millionaires, she always chooses her material to suit the audience and guarantees fun, entertainment and a solid performance. She loves working with live bands in any venue and as a musician she indulges herself in just being apart of the music, the entertainment and dancing with elegance, sass and style! Danielle always performs with passion and feeling!
In September 2006 she supported Joe Longthorne, at the London Palladium and at the Paradise Rooms Blackpool and over four years she has done many showcases and ‘Keeping It Live’ showcases and work for many agents all over the country.
In Summer 07 she worked for Qdos in the touring Pantomimes around the south and south east coast. Previous to that she was the resident singer at the Club Tropicana on the east coast. Last year Danielle gained the award for The Best Female Artist on the 59th Blackpool Command Show and then worked in Spain for TedUK in Thompson Gold 5 Star Hotels.
Music has been Danielle’s heart from a very young age. From only four years old she started ballroom dancing and since then moved on to ballet, modern and street dancing. Danielle has ABRSM Grades in piano, flute and saxophone and has played in the Dearne Big Band Orchestra for many years.
During school she performed in many “song and dance” productions; ranging from “Guys and Dolls” to “Cats”! However she caught the acting bug when she took part in Pantomimes and plays, such as “Babes in the wood”, “Sleeping Beauty” and “Midsummer’s night Dream”.
Danielle then went on to study at Barnsley College and gained her Music Technology A Level and passed with triple distinction on a BTech National Diploma in Music Performance. Whilst at Barnsley College she had the honour of being presented with the Kate Rusby Performance Award of the year by Pete Waterman.
In 2009 Danielle gained her BA Hons Degree in Popular Music Studies at Leeds College of Music. During her time there she took part in many inside and outside university bands and choirs expanding her abilities in performance and singing. She is continually striving to improve and perfect herself as a performer and a musician; she has begun introducing her piano skills into her performances.
